DELTASHIFT
The new 3-stage Powershift transmissions, hydraulic reverse shuttle and Declutch featuring the Legend, and Rex series have been given a single name: DELTASHIFT - whose logo emphasizes the accomplished developments.
Each range of products actually has its own gearbox and its own set-up, dictated by technical requirements to suit the power and size of the machines in question.
However, there is a common denominator and this is the electronic management system of the DELTASHIFT transmission.
It has been designed as a single block, a single plant with software designed to provide the best performances both on the field and on the road, guaranteeing the utmost reliability and safety.
A generational leap forward making Landini one of those manufacturers that has not only invested financial resources but also and above all human resources in the difficult field of mechantronics.
Adequate tests have been conducted during field work, transport and in mountain areas using a vast range of farming implements, trailers and front loaders, to make the machine as reliable as possible for any job, under any climatic conditions.
The quality control procedures are carried out by Landini's internal staff so as to supply only products at a maximum/top quality level.
A program called WEB GPI has been developed. This allows Landini engineers to make accurate diagnoses and undertake necessary actions accordingly. Dedicated courses are held and the relative technical literature is also available.
An omni-comprehensive outlook with all company divisions plus the Landini sales and service network as protagonists, testifying the utmost attention the company, is and will be paying to the DELTASHIFT project.
The project implementation has now consolidated, as it began in June 2002, and will become a common knowledge during EIMA, crowning the work that has been carried out and the serious way the DELTASHIFT project has been handled throughout the various product qualification phases, the tests conducted on the field through to final release of the project and manufacturing of current machines.
The latest generation machines are now in production and ready for the sales network.
Legend and Rex, a high technological level duo featured by a DELTASHIFT system, flanking the basic versions, which still remain in the price list to confirm the modular features of the Landini gearboxes.
