LEGEND - New Generation
Landini launches the Legend Series evolution on the market with five models and three versions
Avant garde mechanical, hydraulic, electronic solutions and advanced ergonomics in response to the requirements of an increasingly more demanding market where reliability, long-life, versatility, manoeuvrability, comfortable surroundings and safety must be raised to the utmost levels. This is Legend New Generation, evolution of the Landini Legend Series tractors that now faces the market with "Business Class" quality.
The characterizing features of the new range are the new Perkins green engines with power ratings of up to 176 HP, equipped with Fastram combustion chambers. The re-vamped design is in keeping with the Landini family style. The new cab with 6 pillars is a development of the previous cab and features high visibility. There is a new hydraulic circuit, up to 7 new hydraulic control valves, a new front axle (an axle with hydraulic suspensions can also be installed). There is also a new reinforced rear axle while 42" tyres can now be mounted.
The Legend New Generation Series includes the 5 Legend models: 120 - 130 - 140 - 160 and 180.
Each model is available in the three versions: Techno, Top and DeltaSix, which differ from each other as to the type of transmission and other technical details:
Techno (except 180)
SpeedSix mechanical transmission with 36FWD+36REV speeds, mechanical reverse shuttle and Creeper, 4WD with Spring-on engagement, mechanically engaged PTO and mechanical power lift.

PowerSix transmission with 72FWD+72REV speeds, hydraulic HI-LO, mechanical reverse shuttle and Creeper, hydraulic PTO, 4WD with Spring-on engagement, electronic power lift and air conditioning system (optional automatic air conditioner).
DeltaSix
DeltaSix transmission with 102FWD+36REV speeds with 3 speeds on load + hydraulic reverse shuttle, 4WD with Spring-on engagement, hydraulic PTO, electronic power lift and automatic air conditioner.
To ensure the utmost safety, the DeltaSix version is equipped with the Park Lock device which ensures the transmission is blocked when the tractor is parked on slopes, even with the engine off.
The new generation of the Legend Series has been designed to consolidate the Landini name in the 6-cylinder segment extending it through to 180 HP.
Landini intentionally maintained the name Legend, known on the market for its reliability, strength and long-life, diversifying the Techno, Top and Delta versions to a further extent in order to offer different specification levels and technical solutions.
The target of New Generation tractors is to strengthen the success enjoyed by the previous series, confirming a record whereby Landini has been a protagonist in the over 100 HP power range since 1977.
